These terms govern your use of ProfitMapsReview.com. They cover the reviews, comparisons, bonus instructions, and legal pages published here. They do not replace the terms you accept when you buy software from a vendor. If a checkout page has its own contract, refund window, or license, that contract controls the product. These terms control this website.
Acceptance of terms
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Each visit is also subject to the privacy policy and the affiliate disclosure, which explain what we collect and when a link may pay this site a commission. Reading a review does not create an account, a client relationship, or a duty for us to advise you on a specific business.
Use of the site
This site is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission. You may link to a public page, quote a short passage with credit, and share a URL. You may not republish a full review, mirror the site, or feed the pages into a product that presents our words as your own research. Automated collection that ignores ordinary access rules is not allowed. You also may not use the site to send malware, probe the server, or impersonate ProfitMapsReview.com.
The bonus files, when we send them, are for your own client work. They are not a license to resell the templates as a competing download, and they are not a license to the ProfitMaps AI software. The software license is whatever the vendor grants at checkout.
Content accuracy
We do our best to keep information accurate, but product prices and features can change. Always verify details on the vendor’s checkout page. A table on this site may say that a limit is unpublished. That is intentional. Where we name a price, it is the price we last confirmed, and it can move before you buy. Screenshots and illustrations are labeled when they are not official product images. An illustration explains an idea. It is not a picture of a feature the vendor has promised.
Editorial ratings are opinions formed from the published materials and from the job a plan is meant to do. They are not certifications. A 4 out of 5 for one buyer can be a poor fit for another, and the reviews say so.
No guarantees
We are not responsible for results you achieve with products we review. Testimonials shown are not guarantees of results. Buying a grid-scan tool does not make a business rank on Google Maps. Sending a proposal template does not make a prospect hire you. Pricing examples on the site are illustrations, not a rate the market owes you. Any money-back offer belongs to the vendor and is defined on that vendor’s checkout page, not by a sentence in a review.
Bonus delivery depends on you forwarding a receipt to the address listed on the bonus page and on that message reaching us. Spam filters, a receipt from a different purchase path, and a closed bonus window can all delay or prevent delivery. We will say so plainly if we cannot match an order.

We link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Checkout pages, analytics providers, and email tools have their own rules for payment data, accounts, and messages. A link is not an endorsement of every statement on the destination. When you leave this site, read the destination’s terms before you pay or create an account.
Intellectual property
All original content on this site is owned by ProfitMapsReview.com. That includes the wording of the reviews, the comparison tables we assembled, the page design, and the bonus materials we send. The ProfitMaps AI name, product images supplied by the vendor, and the software itself remain the property of their owners. Our use of a product name is descriptive, so readers know which product a page discusses. It does not transfer any trademark.
If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email us with the URL, the material you own, and the change you want. We will review good-faith notices.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this site or products we recommend. To the fullest extent the law allows, ProfitMapsReview.com and the people who write for it are not liable for lost profits, lost clients, ranking changes, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages, even if we were told those damages were possible. If a law does not allow a complete exclusion, our liability is limited to the amount you paid this site for the specific item at issue. Reading the site is free. A software purchase is paid to the vendor, not to us.
Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, the limitation applies only as far as the law permits. Nothing here removes rights you cannot waive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. The new terms apply to visits after that update. If you keep using the site after the date changes, you are accepting the revised terms. We will not silently rewrite the meaning of a bonus that was already delivered.
